Everytime I turn on my computer I get a bubble in lower right of desktop that says: "Search Settings Notification" Then "A program was blocked from changing your default search setting." Then "Click to change your notification settings." When I click I get a box called Toolbar Options. Tab says Search Settings. Statement: "Search Settings protects your browser search settings to keep programs from changing them without your knowledge." I am then presented with 2 checked boxes with the following statements: 1. Protect my browser default search settings and notify me of any attempts to change it. 2. Enable browser network error assistant page. At bottom options are either Save or Cancel. My question is what does this all mean? Should I uncheck either or both boxes? How can I prevent this message from occuring ever time I turn on PC?
