Yes there is, but currently it cannot be set through the command line. The way to do so is to open Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and select Perform full scan and then click Scan. In the pop up window, check the box next to the drive(s) you want scanned and then click Scan. Once the scan begins, click on Abort Scan and click Yes when the confirmation prompt comes up to verify that you wish to cancel the scan. The drive(s) you selected for the full scan will be remembered so that all future full scans use the same settings until you change them.
