Pages not loading well after purchase

Hello - I just installed the Malwarebytes full version yesterday after using the trial for awhile. Internet pages are now taking forever to load or I get a message that they are not responding. ??? I've done some checking but don't know why this started after I installed Malware. Help please?!! Is there something in the install that would cause this all of a sudden? Thanks for any/all help.
