Hi, i was wondering if anyone here has shopped at DinoDirect before? Could you tell me your experience/s and how fast the item or items shipped please??? If you had any concerns, were they handled to your satisfaction??? Was it smooth sailing? i've read mixed but mostly good reviews, but a little more research never hurts no?

i would like to know more about this company, and other peoples thought's and experience's with them. i am an interested consumer, and wanted to get some solid input before making any major orders of course!

Yep, I have Rayj and I will never-ever-ever buy from them again.

I have been asking them for a credit or replacement for over 5 months now and still no joy.

I keep getting this email

unfortunately they are always contradicting themselves and I have yet to get my gift card (even though i have replied)

There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER!
