You don't provide much information. Please, tell us more. What server ?

Have you tried System Restore to a return back to a previous system state ?

Well, I see it's a long thread. From the logs I see you have IE8.

Open Control Panel -> Add or Remove programs

Find Internet Explorer 8 and uninstall it. Ignore all the warnings you may see and continue.

Reboot.

Run the System File Checker. Please, prepare your Windows XP installation disk, you will need it.

Follow these steps:

- Click Start, click Run type sfc /scannow, and then press [ENTER].

- Follow the prompts throughout the System File Checker process.

- Restart the computer when System File Checker process is complete.

Install Windows Internet Explorer 7 first:

Report back the results - if IE works now ?

There are more things we need to do afterwards. If these instructions doesn't help you, please post again - there are other things we can do.

The best thing to do is not to use IE at ALL. ;)

You will find that IE is part of Windows - Therefore you must reinstall a section of Windows that has IE incorporated -

The idea of reinstalling an earlier version of Windows browser, (IE7), or sfc to reinstall the files, are the better options -

Please continue with ThreeGuser and those instructions -
