I run Windows 7, 32-bit. I did a cursory scan as I haven't been on the computer for a long time and I found spyware with which I had been infected with before (my previous thread on the forums was about the first time I was infected with the same spyware). One time, I had gotten it again, so I just followed the steps posted to me by Gammo (http://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?showtopic=70624&view=findpost&p=374463) and it removed it.

However, I found the spyware on my computer again and I followed the same steps, yet OTM does not work; it gets stuck.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi and welcome to Malwarebytes.

Please update MBAM, run a Quick Scan, and post its log.

Next, download DDS by sUBs and save it to your Desktop.

Double-click on the DDS icon and let the scan run. When it has run two logs will be produced, please post only DDS.txt directly into your reply.
