Unfortunately the flash scan window pops up ON TOP of what I'm working on. Is there anyway to make this flash scan run auto-minimized or in the background. That being said, you could set a Flash Scan separately using the Scan tab of the scheduler and have it set to a time just a few minutes after your scheduled update time, though that also means that the Flash Scan will run regardless of whether an update was actually downloaded or not.
