Rogue Windows Recovery Console

The "PC performance & stability analysis report" virus hijacked my computer so I couldn't control it.

I started in safemode and ran Malwarebytes and it quarantined

trojan.fakems.gen

rogue.windowsrecoveryconsole

I restarted my computer but now my desktop is black, I don't have any quick launch icons, etc. I can access programs from the start menu, but hope I can get my GUI back

Can anybody help?
