Don't know what to do next. Please help.

Ok, I believe I got the hijackthis cleaned off of my computer as well as any virus'. But! As I stated before, there are three users on my computer. Myself and my two grandsons. If I logon as myself or as the oldest everything seems to work just fine. However, If I logon as the youngest, where the trouble began, I can not open any applications.

If I click on IE it asks me what file to associate it with. When I click on IE there it then tries to download IE but quits. It won't download it. When I go into my control panel from his logon anything I click on just brings up an error box that says "C:\WINDOWS\system32\rundll32.exe Application not found."

Please, someone, how do I fix this?? I don't imagine that I should just delete his account and start another one. That won't really fix the problem, would it?

Sorry if I missed these steps. I figured since I "think" I have gotten that crap off my computer I probably didn't need to do this and I'm not sure I'm doing this properly here in this forum or if I should be in another one. Hi and welcome to Malwarebytes.

On the affected profile, please download exeHelper from one of these two places:

http://www.raktor.net/exeHelper/exeHelper.com

http://www.raktor.net/exeHelper/exeHelper.scr

Save it to your Desktop and run it. When it finishes, restart your computer and see if you can run .exe files now.

If so, please update MBAM, run a Quick Scan, and post its log.

Next, download DDS by sUBs and save it to your Desktop.

Double-click on the DDS icon and let the scan run. When it has run two logs will be produced, please post only DDS.txt directly into your reply.
