OK, I turned on my computer, and then took out the trash (TANSLATION: I let the computer sit idle for a little while).

Then, referring to part I attached, at 09:43:03 PM today (Monday, 23 May 2011), I tried to update the MalWareBytes database... whoop! --See the error?

So, I thought maybe the computer's DSL box went offline, so I tried google --and WAS able to log on (TRANSLATIONL Computer was NOT offline). This 2nd try was in Part II's attachment, and it was at 09:43:38 PM of the same day.

Well, later that night, I tried (see part III) at 10:20:35 PM to update... and it was successful in reporting that my database was up-to-date.

Huh?

What just happened?

It actually 'fixed' itself on my 3rd try above, but I am glad to know that you all have looked into it.

I tried it again (a 4th time), but now... and it not only worked (e.g., No Error message), but this time it even had new definitions, and updated from 6658 to 6659.

Anyhow, thx again 4 looking into it & fixing it!

Greetings :)

There was a temporary issue which has now been corrected. Please try to update your database again and it should now be working.

Please let us know if it is not.

Thanks :)
