I have not seen it for myself, and I think he is running SP2. I know this needs to be updated.IS this a potential issue, do I need different version of the software? You are right in that he needs to update to SP3 (I am assuming you are talking about windows XP).As far as I know Malwarebytes installation does not check to see what service pack is installed.
