Upon re-infection, the virus would not let me run Mbam so after some work arounds, I ran the program from the dos prompt in safe mode. It found and fixed an infected registry data item. But the virus returned on reboot. I did everything again, found the problem again and deleted it again but the virus remained on rebooting.I thought there might be an updated version of Malwarebytes but when I tried to run the update, I got the error code: "MBAM_ERROR_UPDATING (12007, 0, WinHttpSendRequest).HELP.
