I think I'm infected with a RootKit, Please help!

Hello, I've recently been infected with something...not sure if it's a virus/rootkit. It redirects my firefox and IE to random websites. My microsoft security essentials has also been disabled. My norton antivirus is running and i have run scans with malwarebytes to no avail. Ive done some reading on the forums and I have combofix ready to go.

Im running windows vista in safemode with networking right now.

Would greatly appreciate help from a moderator or expert. Thank you

Please update MBAM, run a Quick Scan, and post its log.

Next, download DDS by sUBs and save it to your Desktop.

Double-click on the DDS icon and let the scan run. When it has run two logs will be produced, please post only DDS.txt directly into your reply.
