There is the potential that you are surfing to a site that has been compromised and this malware is trying to reinfect from there . This could be a safe site , one that you have been to thousands of times that just happens to have been hacked into and compromised .

Make a not of what you are doing (and were just previously doing , some have time delays) if this happens again .

Your java is very out of date and could be a big part of the cause here .

Use add/remove programs to remove all instances of java runtime/JRE and once complete install the latest version :

Java SE Runtime Environment (JRE) 6 Update 11 <- this is the one you want
