Rogue anti virus PC 2009 - cant remove

I recently noticed after running a scan I had to infections, rogue antivirus PC 2009 which Malware Bytes cleaned but when I rebooted and rescanned, the same two infections reappeared. I read all the forums, followed the procedures but nothing works, the registry keys in forums dont exist on my PC, I used Rkill to stop any suspicious process and ran Malware Bytes again, again it said quaranteened and deleted but when I checked it found them again. I have tried everything I can think of and am running out of options, posting the log files from Rkill and Highjack This, the path shown in the malware Bytes report to the relevant proramme folders dont exist either. Any help would be much appreciated on this one, thanks in advance, Paul.

DO NOT use any TOOLS such as Combofix or HijackThis fixes without supervision.

Doing so could make your pc inoperatible and could require a full reinstall of your OS, losing all your programs and data.
