My computer won't boot up after running Malwarebytes

Last night I noticed my computer had some type of virus so I ran Malwarebytes and after doing a full scan and fixing all that it found and restarting the machine wouldnt turn on. This morning I tried removing the power cord and hard booting but my del appears to be dead. There's a small light just under the power cord indicating power, and on the motherboard there's a small light that lights up, but the on button is not responsive. I don't know if the program removed the virus and the virus changed some registery values but I can't even power up to trouble shoot it.. What do I do?

If it wont even power on then there's nothing I can do about it right now. Send it to Dell so they can at least get it limping.
