My friend's grandson has picked up AntivirusClean 2011. I read your instructions stating that Malwarebytes will remove this; however I need further clarification. Your instructions say:

* Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from here

If you are unable to do this from the infected computer directly, transfer the file from another computer.

How do I transfer ... using zip drive?

I'm fairly certain this rogue will not allow me to install MBAM. It won't allow one to do much of anything. There is a further complication also. The grandson went to YouTube and followed instructions on a video to make his Windows XP look like a Mac. I went into Add/Remove to uninstall the item in there labeled Tiger, but I get a pop up telling me that Windows Installer has stopped working. If you have any suggestions for how to get that started, thanks in advance.
