Entries refuse deletion in Registry

I have 3 entries in the registry for Server 2008 which refuse to be deleted....since the server is remote, I cannot reboot in Safe Mode and get RDP access...therefore, when I found this software which indicated that it could change permissions and delete entries, I thought great...except that it cannot delete the entries....at least not in normal mode...
