Comp Completely Hijacked

Help please, my friends laptop is completly disabled. Something has gotten her AVG and pretty much everything else. Tried running MalwareBytes on it even off a thumb drive and it will not let me. Any idea what is infecting her comp? I have looked online and here on the fourms but hjave found nothing to help me.

Strange, the laptop is not acting up now and was able to run the DDS scan and here is what I came up with:
