Malwarebytes keeps blocking the same Webiste/IP Address

I love the Malwarebytes product, but need some expert insight on something. On my system it continually blocks the same IP address/website. It is 212.117.170.54 which resolves to v6.ippages.com and is in Luxemburg. I get the popup that it blocks it multiple times a day and this has been going on for quite some time. I guess my question in two-fold:

1. What is this site?
   
2. Why does my system continually try to go there? Do I have an infection?
   

If anyone has any knowledge or experience with this, I would love to have your input.

I had this same problem. Once I uninstalled the SearchStatus 1.36 addon, it stopped trying to connect to that IP.
