When I paid the full version does automatic protect the computer from malware and trojan. Or do I have to set it up if so tell me how

It will automatically protect your computer, but make sure that protection is in fact enabled.

Please Open Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, and then go to the protection tab. Make sure that you can see a green box that says Protection enabled and that all of the check boxes below it are checked.

One additional piece of information for you. The paid, lifetime license is for ONE computer per license. If you decide to use it it on a different, or new, computer, you MUST remove the licensed program from the current machine before you install it on the other machine.
