Missing folder contents

Windows recovery Nightmare... XP Pro SP3

Combo fix, run.. Run again.. unhide. run again...

I have recovered my desktop, programs menu, & documents. But

my "all program files" has been repopulated with mostly empty folders.

any chance to repopulate? thanks

Hi,

Click Start --> Run, type in cmd.exe and press Enter.

In the black box, enter this command:

echo %Temp%\smtmp

For the result that is displayed, see if that folder exists.
