I've just received a few IP blocks on my PC triggered by TeamViewer (legit). At that moment TeamViewer was running in the background as usual.

Here is the relevant snippet from the log:

11:18:00 Rick IP-BLOCK 83.128.109.244 (Type: outgoing, Port: 1486, Process: teamviewer_service.exe)

11:18:00 Rick IP-BLOCK 83.128.109.244 (Type: outgoing, Port: 1487, Process: teamviewer_service.exe)

11:18:00 Rick IP-BLOCK 83.128.109.40 (Type: outgoing, Port: 1491, Process: teamviewer_service.exe)

11:18:00 Rick IP-BLOCK 83.128.109.40 (Type: outgoing, Port: 1492, Process: teamviewer_service.exe)
