Hello,

While trying to update my malwarebytes today, I received an error message and it told me to report it to the support team. However, I did not see anyplace to report to a support team - it directed me here.

The message said to report the following code

Program_error_updating (12002,0,WinHttpQueryDataAvailable)

Is there somewhere else I should be sending this error code?

Please set exclusions for Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware's files in your antivirus and firewall software as detailed in Section H of our FAQ. If that does not correct the issue then please contact support@malwarebytes.org via email and they will assist you directly.

Also make sure that if you use a proxy to connect to the internet, that you use the Updater Settings under Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware's Settings tab to ensure that the connection settings match.
