Thank You Malwarebytes - But I Still need your help

Hello.

Yesterday I got infected with the Windows Recovery Malware. I fallowed the steps on the bleepingcomputer website. I think that I got rid of the virus/malware.

However after running the unhide program, i still have icons missing from my desktop. I keep having random Script error messages. I don't know what to do. I work from home and I spent the whole night trying to get my computer like it was the day before. Tried running System Restore, but that won't work: says reason was a disk failure.

I am very frustrated. I've noticed people have posted similar messages on the forum, but I can't fallow the steps. I don't understand the dds posts and everything.
