Maybe the mods are on christmas vacation?

Why is it only malware bytes see's the trojan.BHO and spybot search and destroy does not? I've run 6 or so different anti spyware programs and only malwarebytes see's it. Is it a false positive ?

My computer seems to be running fine, how much of a threat is this?
