Curious / Malicious MBAM Behavior?

Hi, quick question:

I'm letting my Dad use my (recently wiped and re-installed) laptop -- While I wipe and re-install the OS on his desktop due to root kits identified by the Forums team here a week or so ago.

I created a Standard user account for him -- and when I logged in as him MBAM scanned the drive and found 4,899 different kinds of Malware in MY profile (as Administrator) however when I run the same copy of MBAM from that administrator account, I get a clean bill of health.

Are these false positives, maybe? Have I set things up incorrectly? Not sure how to proceed. I can open a topic individually and have you take a look at the logs if you like. Let me know.
