XP Anti Spyware virus blocking Malwarebytes download in safe mode family

I am having a really bad time of it. Somehow, I know not how, I got infected last week with the latest version of XP Windows Recovery Virus. I thought I had cleared it manually but today when I went to get back the hidden files it left behind, up popped its new brother XP AntiSpyware 2011. (on some us websites they are saying it has found a backdoor past Security Essentials, which I am running and was running when I first got infected). I went into safe mode to download Malwarebytes but it was in there too, jeering at me. And it blocks all efforts to download a virus killer including Malwarebytes by blocking access to the relevant websites. Plus it is in there constantly reloadinbg fake error messages now.

What should I do next?
