They make this look so easy, yet I'm sure they've spent hundreds of hours practicing over and over.   "Nothing Else Matters" - Oona BROWN & Gage BROWN skate to @Metallica & @Marlisa

I've seen the old spaghetti Westerns but never a Symphony playing these songs

No worries. Slacker here myself ;)

Nice, those guys can play guitar quite well.

Some girls do alright too. I've posted a few from French sensation Tina S before. This is from last May, she was 15. *Warning*: it's fast, heavy and you'll be exhausted if you watch all of it... and no, no tricks, guitar track is all her.

@daledoc1 ; she's at a very high level, for any age. She's been at it since a very young age, her dad is a musician I believe and her teacher is a very good guitarist. Technically, she's very mature and very efficient. Time will tell how/if she can grow into her own style and create her own tone.

@Ron : I had heard (and seen...) the Iron Maidens before ; when you look for guitarists on YT, you can't miss 'em, haha. I was pleasantly surprised by Gabriella Quevedo ; I had not seen/heard her before. Just 18y/o, from Sweden (South American parents). I'm a big fan of finger style players. Here she is with the Mr. Tommy :

Speaking of Tommy Emmanuel... I just can't get enough of him. Here's a long version of a Mark Knopfler classic he shares with two friends :

^^ Tommy Emmanuel ^^

Sweet!

Another cool guitar dude: Joe Satriani.

Speaking of "Joes", I noticed, Ron, that you had a YT link to a couple of numbers from Joe Bo's 2009 London gig (my fave of all of his performances, I think).

That entire concert (and ALL of his live gigs before and since) are the bomb (even though he's a GUY :P ).

(He does play with Beth Hart quite a lot -- will post some links later. ;) )

His studio stuff ain't half bad, neither.

I'm going to see Joe Bo live soon, for the 2nd time.

Counting the days.....

As promised.

Yeah, I probably already posted these 8 or 10 or 12 pages ago, and there are many more where these came from.

But they are soooooooooooooooooooo good.

Joe's collaborations with Beth Hart (live and studio) are always SUPER SMOKIN' HOT!

Her voice is a combo of Billy H, Janice J, Koko T, and maybe a little Susan Tedeschi, all rolled into one.

Oh yea.

105.5 WDHA NJ would play it.  After dinner, my buddy and I would the go to another friend's house.  We'd party and tune to WDHA and listen at 2100 hrs  ( or was it 2200 hrs ? ) to Alice's Restaurant.

Eventually my buddy went to Amherst College in Amherst MA.  When I went up to visit him, we went on a road trip to Stockbridge, MA, which was about an hour or so away.  When we got back we were able to rent Alice's Restaurant on VHS at a local Video Store.

Joe Bo

Just returned from a LIVE show that was awesome, as always.

It was all-electric and lots of blues-rock, including an appearance by Eric Johnson.

He played for 3 hours, non-stop!

ENTIRELY worth a scary drive through pouring rain and flooded highways to get there and back.

The only regret was not staying for the 2nd night and 2nd concert. :(

These are from a fairly recent live show at Red Rocks:
