"My Computer" window opens when computer is booted

I just recently have experienced this issue upon starting my computer. The issue does not happen when I start in Safe Mode. I also performed a Clean Boot and did "Selective Startup" and check services one by one and discovered that the problem was not due to services loaded on startup. When I went back and selected "normal startup" with all services enabled, the "My Computer" window opened again on startup.

I have resolved my issue. In reading through some of the other threads, I found a post that was similar to my issue by using the Autoruns program.
