Win 7 Anti- Spyware virus - Please help

I'm running Windows 7 and have Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Pro version installed. I just got the Win 7 Antispyware virus. I cannot use the internet (typing this on a another pc), cannot start the malware program , tried going into safe mode to start the anti-malware program but that didn't work either. Please advise.
