Deb1359 Posted April 16, 2011 ID:417105 Share Posted April 16, 2011 I ran a full scan on my infected computer--WindowsRestore and XP Virus 2010, and many others--and removed all the trojans identified but the file from Combofix. I have been working with Webroot for over a week to remove viruses who directed me to Kaspersky and Combofix and I ended up finding alot of the same problems here in the forum that I have. When I tried to update before I did another scan I received this message: An error has cocurred. Please report this error code to our suppor team. PROGRAM_ERROR_UPDATING (12150, 0, WinHttpQueryHeaders). What should I do? Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
Staff screen317 Posted April 18, 2011 Staff ID:417844 Share Posted April 18, 2011 Hi and welcome to Malwarebytes.Rename MBAM to explorer.exe and see if it can update.If no joy, download DDS by sUBs and save it to your Desktop.Double-click on the DDS icon and let the scan run.
