i've read a few forums talking about this and i've gathered the following:

• it has something to do with downloading winRAR (which i happened to do)
  
• it affects me from going to certain websites
  
• the pop up 'intervalhehehe' has popped up along with the restriction from websites
  

i will do the necessary tests and wait for a response, thank you for the help!

(note: it may take a while to do the panda test, so i'll post the mbam test first then the panda, then the hijackthis)
