Is this a false positive?

Hi, I just wanted to know if this is a false positive. Also it looks a bit confusing cause it says bad 0 good 1.

This is not a false positive but a PUM. Meaning potentially unwanted modification. This can be set by you, A corporate environment may set it or Malware.

This just removes the search of the start menu. You can fix this with no ill effects or add it to the ignore list if you do not want to see search on the start menu.
