Malwarebytes blocking outgoing IPs?

I removed UT2004 from my computer today because I was not sure there was something infected or not after running multiple scans in safe mode only to come up short with no detections. I am using Windows 7 ultimate 64bit OS and I also have the full version of Malwarebytes, how ever today after playing UT2004 a few time and shutting the game down a few seconds later I get a message from my Malwarebytes that it successfully blocked an outgoing ip from UT2004 exe. Is that a flase positive? or is something attached to that exe?

It sounds like one of the UT game servers is possibly on an IP/server that is also blocked for hosting malware. If you wouldn't mind please refer to this post: IP Blocking False Positives and post the info here: False Positives

One of our researchers will investigate and verify what, if anything, is still malicious on that IP, and if there is no longer active malicious content, they'll remove it from our database so that it is no longer blocked.
