About a certian malware i have...

I have Norton Antivirus, and this. Just today, My anti virus picked up trojan.fakeavalert (Actully over 1000, i got one more with every 2 seconds.). i came here and got Malwarebytes, and it didnt pick it up at all. I decided to search again, and it still didnt show up, Whats going on 0.o. (I was able to stop it from multiplying.

Norton? What version? What year?

Are you sure this threat was actually on your computer and not being blocked at the point of entry by Intrusion Prevention?

Check your security logs for clarification.

I keep getting pop-ups that tell me MBAM has detected a trojan.vundo. I hit terminate and it goes away, another one pops up. This goes on for awhile, then it stops, then it starts again.

But I can't open MBAM to check the logs or do scan.

It looks like a false positive, there was an issue with a lot of FP's recently. If you can, try clicking on the Disable protection button in one of the pop ups, then see if you can run MBAM manually and tell it to check for updates. That should get it fixed for you. If not, please let me know.
