Greetings :)

I'm only seeing a single detection in that log, did you accidentally leave a part of the log out?:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced\Start_ShowMyDocs (PUM.Hijack.StartMenu) -> Bad: (0) Good: (1) -> No action taken.

HK

What that means is PUM (Potentially Unwanted Modification), which represents system settings changes that are non-default and may have been altered by an infection. In this particular case, it is for the setting to show the My Documents folder on the START menu. If you made this change yourself (choosing not to show the My Documents folder on the START menu) then you can safely ignore this detection.
