yeskay Posted April 15, 2011 ID:416348 Share Posted April 15, 2011 i recently used the MBAM to remove the ransom virus . after scan it identified around 9 virus which i quarantined. after restart i am getting blue screen with chkdsk error. the BSOD comes up on safemode as well and the system keeps on rebooting.system ibm t43os- windows xp pro sp3bsod message: something related to virus and suggest to run chkdsk /f/r0x0000007b (0xBA4D3528 0xC000000E 0x00000000 0x00000000)please assist. is my hard disk needs to be reformatted. did i loose my data files?
