I am not on the staff so I could be off a little bit on this....

I believe Malwarebytes does not scan for these key-loggers cause they are legitimate programs that may have been installed by either IT staff to monitor employees or a parent keeping track of their children's surfing habits.

If I am wrong I am sure someone on staff will jump in and elaborate a little better....

This is correct information.

Legit commercial key loggers are not detected. Only malicious key loggers

Yes that should be correct, with some monitoring software, your antivirus software will detect it so you may have to enter exceptions in your antivirus software to ignor such software.
