Internet Explorer and mozilla firefox Freezing Operating System, Virus Help

Please, I need some expert guidance. Iv been having a problem with my pc in that when i open internet explorer or mozilla firefox its freezes the system and you can only use those programs whilst its froze i cannot access the start menu or anything else untill it unfreezes itself about 10-15 mins later then it goes back to normal.

I have ran a few virus scans using McAfee, Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Microsoft Security Essentails and they have picked up the following:

All of the above were classed as severe and have been removed but im still having the same problem with internet explorer and mozilla firefox has anyone got any ideas as to what this could be? another virus?

It seems to me that you use "2 anti viruses"! This is a risk since it could be a conflict between them. and you have an infection and should go to the correct section from here> Malware Removal - HijackThis Logs And read the instructions at the top.
