weird seen like the problem is fixed many of the files that are detected just now are no longer being detected.

There's still the same problems, both with the startup-scanner an resident shield. Update 1471 didn't fix anything for me. On one of my PC's ESET NOD32 antivirus is a trojan...that's what MWB says. A lot of other files also, sp I just had to QUIT Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware.

On my seccond PC, when booting then Malwarebytes tells me that AVIRA antivirus PLUS a lot of other programs are trojans.

When the program has loaded (Malwarebytes) and when I turn ON resident shield, I can't start several (most) programs without getting warnings all over!

Take a look at my attached files! :)

If you are having FP's please post a file or two so we can get it fixed... Posting pictures is NOT helping anymore.

I think it might be a bug?

For every files that are detected just now i choose ignore for every single file that was detected and i reboot with protection and start with windows enable those files are not longer detected and are not found in the ignore list of malwarebytes. When we click ignore they should be added to the ignore list but my ignore list is empty. and also these file are not detected by the quick scan.

The files I've uploaded pictures of are to large, even when zipped to upload.

Problem solved for me too :) After update 1471 there was only one thing I had not done yet... I had to uninstall Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware completly!

Then, after a new clean install of the program, it updated the main program first, then the definitions to 1471. A reboot and all the problems concerning FP's are gone. PHEW! :)

MBAM messed up my system completely !!

After activating realtime protection module froze the notebook with no ability doing something.

Uninstalling in secure mode after a hot restart was the only chance getting control back over my laptop.

Whats up with MBAM ???

Well, I've used the program for some time now, and never had problems before today. It must have been a bug in one of the updates. The last yesterday or the first today. Programs like MBAM will always come across problems with false positives. The HELP file of the program explains this. Now - after a uninstall and reinstall it works fine here.

And that's a lot better than FP problems i had using Spyware Doctor. I gave up PC Tools Spyware Doctor because they stopped answering my email after an explotion of false positives! :)

I`ve reinstalled MBAM now but without activating realtime module :)

Using MBAM for a short while only i can`t say too much about it.

But it must be good because it was a recommendation from the AVAST forum.

That was the reason why i buying it.

Before i`ve used AdAware ... oh be aware of ... 27 bucks for plus version 2007 ... better you play in a casino.

After updating to database version 1471 and restarting, no more problems to report.

Thanks for the quick fix.

I need everyone to make sure that they have the latest MBAM updates and then check for problems again .

If you are having problems still I need a MBAM quick scan log and a copy of the file we hit .

I had this issue when it was originally posted and then it was resolved. I just updated defs to 1479 and the same thing is happening again. Same files as before all detected as Trojan.Vundo. Quick scan finds nothing.
