How to get rid of XP Antivirus?

I just tried my "Kevin" account and nothing works on it. Word, Excell, Outlook Express won't open. So I guess I stick with the Administrator 2 user account, and get intouch with your support team to have them help me transfer all my data over to the new account...correct? Can I change the name of the account?

rundll32.exe is the windows program that runs your programs.

Do you know how to do a file search?

click Start > search and in the search windows type in rundll32.exe

Let me know where it finds the files

Click Start > Run and copy paste the below in the window

copy C:\WINDOWS\ServicePackFiles\i386\rundll32.exe C:\Windows\System32\rundll32.exe

If it ask if you want to replace, select yes
