Hello. Long story short, I clicked a link for a legit-looking video on a friend's Facebook page. FB asked if I wanted to allow the app. I clicked "allow." I was then taken to a blank page with only a phrase that said something like "Could not connect to database." I closed it and went about my business. About two to three minutes after this happened, I got the Blue Screen of Death, followed by an immediate shutdown, which in two years has never happened on my laptop. I was doing nothing out of the ordinary.

There are no obvious signs of a virus like popups or slow speed, but I feel that there might still be something on it. Nothing detected with MWB. Here are my docs below. I do not have CD Emulation drives, so I skipped the step involving disabling those drivers.
