ms removal tool, work computer wont update mb

Hi I have ms removal tool on our work computer, my boss is not knowledgable at all about the internet and our other computer has been cut off from the internet because someone caught a virus and I was unable to fix it using many different scanners.

Now I cannot get malwarebytes to update on this computer, it does most of the update and says access denied, i will post the code once i restart the computer again.

I am doing the scan with a 45 days old updated mb and not finding the "ms removal tool".

I have about 10 minutes to fix this before we lose the internet forever. this job sucks

Hi, first of all, since this appears to be about a work computer, does your boss know you asked for help here?

Also, what version of MBAM do you use? If you use the Corporate version, you can use MBAM's email support.

If you use the home version, please be aware that this is not intended for usage on corporate computers.
