HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Ext\Stats\{9522b3fb-7a2b-4646-8af6-36e7f593073c} (Adware.Coupons) -> No action taken.

This is a trace from malware removed in the past .

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\scrfile\shell\open\command\ (Broken.OpenCommand) -> Bad: (NOTEPAD.EXE %1) Good: ("%1" /S) -> No action taken.

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\regfile\shell\open\command\ (Broken.OpenCommand) -> Bad: (NOTEPAD.EXE %1) Good: (regedit.exe "%1") -> No action taken.

These are corrections to open commands in your registry . Some security software also modifies these so if this is the case just tell MBAM to ignore these in the future .

C:\Users\Cheyenne\install_flash_player.exe (Trojan.FakeAlert) -> No action taken.

This is likely a FP but also the result of an executable file being stored where no executables should be . MBAM has aggressive heuristics against executables in folders where no executables should be .
