ROK Posted April 8, 2011 ID:413226 Share Posted April 8, 2011 I am unable to update my MalwareBytes with the latest info. This is happening on 2 different computers. One running Windows 7 and one running windows XP. The error that is given is:MBAM_ERROR_UPDATING (122, 0, MultiByteToWideChar) The data area passed to a system call is too small.The version on Windows 7 is a paid version and the on Windows XP is the free version.Need some ideas of what to try? I've already uninstalled and reinstalled. I have CA Antivirus on both machines as well and I've excluded the MalwareBytes directory and files from CA. Any advice?
