I use Google Chrome and am protected by Mcaffee. I was looking for vids of a past tv show, and clicked a site saying it had the vids, but then google chrome downloaded a file called whitemokeinstaller_9139.

I started deleting it and while it initially said it had been deleted the file still appears when I run a search however I can not find it manually. When i try and delete it again, it says it has already gone.

I was then unable to open my google chrome, and the program was removed and i am unable to download it. However internet explorer still works and i was able to download programmes such as super anti spyware, alas, they didnt work, the file is still there, i cant download google chrome and also, my mcaffee is now constantly down, and does not receive updates and does not do real time scanning. Someone please help me.

I will upload all the required logs however, the last one, the ark.txt one is empty as when i was running the GMER programme it took ages and at the end said something like nothing new could be found???

Please i really need help my parents will flip if they find out my new computers been infected.
