Please Help! I am infected - win 7 antispyware

We need help please!!!! We bought a laptop 3 weeks ago from Best Buy and was under the impression it came with anti virus protection. Unfortunately, we realized after we got this malware that it was not loaded. We tried to load it after the fact, but it has not helped with anything. We are not able to got on the internet at all. Can someone please help us!!

Can you access the Internet in Safe Mode with Networking?

Next, download DDS by sUBs and save it to your Desktop.

Double-click on the DDS icon and let the scan run. When it has run two logs will be produced, please post DDS.txt directly into your reply.
