If you purchased MBAM online, from Malwarebytes, you may contact Cleverbridge and fill out their on-line Customer Support Form for your product ID and product Key:

However, if you purchased through an MBAM reseller, please contact your reseller.

If you have the ID and Key simply register it on the new computer.

ISSUE: I'm changing computers. How do I Transfer my License to the new computer?

SOLUTION: Keep a copy of your ID/KEY from the computer you wish to remove it from and you can run the following to remove it from the old computer.

• Download and run this utility. mbam-clean.exe
• It will ask to restart your computer (please allow it to).
• Then install MBAM on the new computer and Register it with the ID/KEY from the system you just removed it from.

You should also have an email from Cleverbridge with your ID/KEY purchase information.

Install Malwarebytes on your New computer , and click on the register button - The free version can be used on the old comp but never use the registered version -

The Free version can still be used on the old computer , you just need to un/re-install Malwarebytes to remove the registration -

Once the New computer has the Malwarebytes program installed , click on Register Tab and just add the ID and KEY -

If the program can not be uninstalled, as the old computer is being totally trashed, then do not worry -
