MBAM and Vista Defender

(Sorry for posting this in wrong section. I belive it should have been posted in the False/Positve section.)

Here is my message/question:

I have run another Defender scan on my Vista Premium. When I look in the Defender History, I get the following:

=================

Description:

This program has potentially unwanted behavior.

Resources:

regkey

HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\

file:

C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\mbamgui.exe

==================

What should I do about this one?

I posted a previous exception regarding MBAM and Defender history, relating to Swiss Army.

Thank you. Alice

Why are these exceptions showing up?

I like MBAM, but think I will have to uninstall it from my Vista machine if these MBAM items keep showing in the Defender History. I am new at this and it is very confusing.
